My second time using this shop in 10 years. Both times my vehicle came back better. Thanks Karla!

Karla is excellent and extremely caring when those attributes are needed most. We live 3 minutes away and was extremely pleased with the convenience of our home dealership MB Buckhead and Classic Collision being MB OEM Certified to keep our factory warranty and so close to our home. Karla lined up our rental with Enterprise to pick me up from Classic Collision after I dropped off our vehicle. Karla made everything so seamless. We call Karla our angel because she checked on my mom and myself weekly to see how we were feeling and update us on our vehicle. Karla always asked us how we were feeling and recovering from our accident which we appreciated to the highest level. Karla is so positive and assured we were in good hands. We agree because of Karla we were in great hands. Karla deserves a raise and promotion. We were extremely lucky selecting Classic Collision their work is superior and their customer service is top notch. Even the manager David and his adorable son was extremely kind and ask how we felt after the accident. We will always go to Classic Collision, Enterprise and MB Buckhead longterm. Classic Collision had us in and out in only 2 weeks with a vehicle side swipe and

Iwas very disappointed upon picking my car up to see that work had not even be done to it. It back bumper was still off track and the absent assured me that they team had removed it and inspected it then painted it. A blind eye could see the back bumper off track with the clips broken which keeps it from staying flush again the carriage of the car. The job was sloppy and the agent was defensive when I showed how the car looked before accident and soon after to now and NO CHANGE from the accident. If I had the choice I would have taken my car elsewhere. I had to leave without my car, refusing to pick it up.

I had an excellent experience with Classic Collision located on Piedmont, for body work on my car. They were a preferred shop through my insurance, and I’m so glad I chose to go with them. The front office staff...especially Shar, were friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Brian, my service advisor, was professional, personable, and kept me consistently updated on the progress. Most importantly, the quality of the work was impeccable—my car looks fantastic. I highly recommend Classic Collision for anyone in need of auto body repairs.

My experience with Classic Collision was great! I went through the at fault driver’s insurance and CC fixed all the damages. Everyone was so professional and I would honestly recommend anyone to come here for collision damage. I provided my before and after pictures of their work for reference.
